Training for staff providing assistance to PRM – recurrent training

Target group

The training is designed for staff providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility.

Description

Participants gain knowledge on:

• The regulatory documents regulating the activities of the travel assistant;
• Different types and causes of disability;
• Different types of barriers for passengers with reduced mobility;
• Techniques for assisting passengers with reduced mobility;
• Equipment to assist passengers with reduced mobility and lifting kinetics;
• Complaints and grievance handling skills;
• Practical assistance for passengers with reduced mobility.

Training duration

Initial training: 16 academic hours Recurrent training: Theoretical part – 8 academic hours Maximum number of participants: 12

Certificate

The Aviation Training Center shall issue a document to the successful graduates in accordance with Regulation No 27 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
